We want you to know that Eyecare Plus remains open for your eyecare needs. Based on advice from the Australian Government Department of Health, we can now resume providing our standard suite of optometric services.

- Our optometrists will use sound clinical judgment to determine which consultations can be conducted.
- We are observing strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- We disinfect equipment between patients with alcohol-based products and disinfectants effective against viruses.
- We encourage the use of hand sanitisers before and after the appointment as well as trying on frames and sunglasses.
- Social distancing requirements remain in place. We’ll be monitoring how many people are in our waiting room or retail space at a time, as well as your proximity to one another, or whether you need to wear extra protective gear like masks or gloves.
- We encourage that if you have any symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath), to schedule your appointment with us for another time and seek medical advice.
