We’re kind of getting used to this!
For the third time in a row, Eyecare Plus is again the winner for “Most Satisfied Customers” in Canstar Blue’s recent optical stores review, which also makes us the only optometry practice to achieve a five-star rating for overall satisfaction and after-sale service! We also received a respectable four stars in all other categories, including range of products available, quality of advice, customer service and value for money.
The results came after Canster Blue surveyed more than 6,000 Australians to rate Eyecare Plus and six other brands who are offering optical services. Eyecare Plus remains the undefeated champion.
