  • Optical customer service/retail experience
  • Willing and able to greet patients and visitors in a timely and friendly manner
  • Exceptional patient/customer service, both on the floor and over the telephone
  • Willing to keep up-to-date with frames, lens, sunglasses, contact lens and accessories to be better able to assist and meet our patients’ needs and budgets
  • Able to converse with patients and relay the features and benefits of our products and close the sales of frames, lens, sunglasses and other accessories
  • Have an up-to-date understanding of the Health Fund rebates, Medicare Benefit Schedule and Guidelines that apply to bookings and services provided
  • Enjoys learning and will attend training courses when required
  • Have the ability to maintain office, maintain a tidy practice environment and assist with enhancing the overall patient experience
  • Experience with using the Sunix management system
  • Be available on Saturdays (Thursday nights not required)
  • Be flexible to work extra hours/days if required

BROADWAY

Qualifications

  • Cert IV qualification in Optical Dispensing (preferably completed) highly desirable
  • Full-time / Part-time

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
